Steridium laboratory incubators are used throughout the world by facilities which demand the highest standards of construction and performance. The chambers are manufactured from the highest quality stainless steel, and the exteriors epoxy powder coated, to give an exceptional lifespan with minimal maintenance.

WIDE TEMPERATURE RANGE FROM -20 °C to 80°C

All incubators are fitted with a magnetic seal which permits operation up to 80°C. Refrigerated incubators are available with two levels of cooling, standard cooling to 4 °C, or freezing to -20 °C. Steridium engineers have refined the use of pulsed hot-gas bypass technology in the refrigeration control systems to provide exceptional accuracy across the wide temperature spectrum.

Solid doors are available with an optional inner glass viewing door to maintain temperature while being able to inspect the product. Alternatively, full double-glazed viewing doors can be fitted which provide permanent viewing of the interior chamber.

Microdigital control technology

Steridium engineers have developed state of the art microdigital control systems to give exceptional control stability over time. An auto-tuning facility in the PID controller ensures that the optimum settings are used on every incubator configuration, independent of the chamber size.
